  • Manage a multi-functional team of over 20 direct reports (3 teams: Digital Product Marketing, Communications, Business Solutions), coast-to-coast 

  • Oversee brand management, advertising, public relations, digital marketing, content strategy, product launches, marketing analytics & segmentation

  • Manage a $5 million budget 

  • Appointed as company head of automatic renewal, to reduce customer friction and  minimize churn

  • Results: Successfully launched the subscription model, stabilized Yellow Pages decline due to churn (+20% improvement), Secured agreements with Google, Facebook & Yext, Built Sales, Marketing and Operations Joint Business Plan, Launched new Product Innovations.
